Role Overview

Lead a diverse team of engineers in a 24x7 operational environment, managing customer relationships, performance evaluations, and team development. Develop and implement a comprehensive framework for Managed Cloud Delivery business.

Manage a team, handle customer escalations, deliver exceptional customer service, analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Extensive experience in managing teams in a Managed Cloud Delivery environment
• Strong understanding of SAP BASIS, HANA, Linux/Windows administration, and cloud engineering
• Proven track record of successfully handling customer escalations and delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders
• Experience in the recruitment and onboarding of technical staff
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with 24x7 operational support and incident management
• DOD Clearance
• AWS Cloud Certifications (Architect/Professional)
• Azure/GCP Certification is a plus
