We are looking for Instructional Designers to support training development of our training materials. The successful candidate must be able to qualify for SC security clearance. The ideal candidate has a background in content design for digital learning and is comfortable working within a standardised development environment, thinks creatively, is confident, excels in a collaborative team atmosphere, and is detail oriented.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and implement training solutions within Articulate Storyline that enhance learner engagement.
- Apply instructional design theories and adult learning principles to create high-quality learning experiences.
- Ensure instructional materials align with best practices and internal quality standards.
- Must be organised and work well both independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to comprehend/interpret technical and non-technical information and apply it to visual media and animations.
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to use MS Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- To effectively communicate with stakeholders outside of the CMDC team to gather technical information necessary for media requirements.
