As a Material Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the consistency and efficiency of supply chain practices while supporting program objectives. You will act as the critical liaison between Supply Chain, program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), suppliers, and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related field (or equivalent in training and experience)
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience, with foundational knowledge of supply chain principles and practices
- Familiarity with Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC) and Department of National Defence (DND) requirements and/or experience in supply chain management within the aerospace or defence industry is preferred
- Basic understanding of Military Specifications and their impact on program compliance and performance is desired
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to management multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Project is a plus
- Commitment to obtain Raytheon Level 4 Supply Chain certification and Level 4 MPM certification (or equivalent certification such as CPSM, CPIM or CSPC
