Program Supplier Quality Engineer

As a Program Supplier Quality Engineer at Raytheon, you will be the primary interface between our supplier base and internal stakeholders of critical and technically advanced DOD Programs. You will ensure flow down of product requirements and interpret program requirements to ensure supply base compliance.

Requirements

• Ensure flow down of product requirements both internally and to sub-tier suppliers through PO requirements, Quality Notes, and statement of work.
• Interpret program requirements to ensure supply base both understands and complies with these quality requirements.
• Drive continuous product / process improvements of our supply base by identifying supplier risk & systemic performance issues and driving solutions through various tools/methodologies.
• Application of APQP processes related to supplier performance and implementation of necessary engagements to improve supplier manufacturing processes.
• Can anticipate some travel (Up to 25%) to support supplier assessments, audits, reviews.
