Program Supplier Quality Engineer to provide quality interface between Raytheon's organization and external supply base, driving continuous product / process improvements, and ensuring flow down of requirements internally and to sub-tier suppliers.
Requirements
- Drive continuous product / process improvements in the supply base
- Ensure flow down of requirements internally and to sub-tier suppliers
- Apply Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes related to supplier performance
- Assess and develop supplier quality capabilities throughout the product lifecycle
- Identify and correct systemic performance issues
- Implement effective Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
- Identify risk in the supply base and develop a robust plan for engagement
- Communicate effectively to Raytheon leadership and customers through business reviews and status meetings
- Perform Preliminary Review (PR) of nonconforming hardware in the supply base
- Contribute in the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure supplier quality performance
