Software Engineer - Embedded Communications (ONSITE)

Collins Aerospace is looking for a Software Engineer to join their Integrated Secure Processing Solutions team. The team creates mission-critical solutions that support Mission Systems. The Software Engineer will collaborate with high-performance teams to define system requirements and translate them into software requirements. The role requires experience with embedded development, object-oriented design, and development tool sets such as Jira and Subversion/Git.

Requirements

• Experience with embedded development using object-oriented design
• Experience with development tool sets, for example, Jira, Subversion/Git/Version Management
• Active and transferable SECRET clearance
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
