Job description
As a Technical Illustrator, you will support the Patriot Technical Publications Writers by creating precise 2D and 3D technical illustrations using AutoCAD, while gaining hands-on experience with Raytheon systems and tools. You will work with the Technical Writers and team leader to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
Develop flat, ISO, and jpeg technical illustrations from engineering source data and or redline markups provided by Technical Writers via AutoCAD and Adobe. Manage and interpret incoming job requests, verbal instructions, and design briefs into production-ready drawings.
Gain hands-on experience with every element that goes into creating the schematics, illustrations, and visual assets used in our Technical Manuals.
