We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Value Stream Lead to manage and oversee our semiconductor back-end and SAWs Crystal Fabrication Value Stream. As a senior leader, you will drive operational excellence, ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, lead cross-functional teams, and manage end-to-end processes within the value stream to meet customer requirements.
Requirements
- Operational Leadership: Lead all aspects of the semiconductor back-end value stream, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, customer commitments, and operational targets.
- Value Stream Planning: Develop and execute production schedules, capacity planning, workforce planning, and resource allocation to meet demand while optimizing productivity and costs.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, including operators, engineers, and technical support staff. Foster collaboration and accountability across the team.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement Lean principles, CORE methodologies, and other best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external customer requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production control, quality, and other cross business teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and drive innovation within the value stream.
- Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including safety, on-time delivery, yield, cycle time, UH cost performance, COPQ, and customer satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to production schedules, yield issues, and technical challenges.
- Customer Focus: Serve as the primary interface with internal NHA customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on expectations.
- Growth: Lead the team through a period of rapid growth, process migration and new capital release to production.
