Litigation Assistant

Litigation Assistant helps develop cases by assisting in the discovery process, maintaining client-related expenses, and preparing and filing answers/responses to discovery. Assists in trial preparation and maintains constant communication with clients pertaining to discovery.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong multitasking skills, highly organized, and detail oriented
• Able to work at a fast pace with a heavy case volume
• Prior experience working with Personal Injury files preferred, but not required
