Job Description
This Shift Leader position is responsible for supervising and supporting a productive and profitable restaurant, ensuring Guest satisfaction, food quality, team member efficiency, and safety. The role involves all aspects of restaurant operations, including opening and closing, food preparation, cleaning, and team management. The Shift Leader will be accountable for Team Member performance and provide feedback to Management.
