The Assistant Account Manager is responsible for client account servicing and insurance renewal tasks to support the Account Managers, with a primary objective of effectively supporting new and existing medium and large size commercial client accounts.
Requirements
- Assist Account Managers with overall servicing of client accounts
- Request and compile pre-renewal client data
- Create draft proposals and summaries of insurance
- Invoice transactions and assist with billing reconciliations
- Review policies for accuracy and request and process changes as necessary
- Process mid-term policy change requests for client exposure changes
- Assist with audit processing
- Issue proofs of insurance and other client forms
- Update and maintain Applied Epic client account and application detail
- Create and transmit client correspondence and related documentation
- Process client policy renewals and remarketing
- Onboard new clients
- Follow up on outstanding items
- Perform assigned responsibilities in accordance with agency-established client service standards
- Follow all agency processes and procedures
- Ensure all work product is timely and accurate
- Provide in-house customer service to producers and other agency departments as requested
- Evaluate and answer client coverage questions and other client inquiries
- Handle telephone, electronic, and in-person communication with clients, insurers, Rue personnel, and third parties in an empathetic and professional manner
- Attend and participate in department and company meetings as requested
