Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Claims Manager to oversee the handling of personal injury claims from intake through settlement. This position works closely with attorneys, case managers, medical providers, and insurance companies to ensure claims are handled efficiently and strategically to maximize case value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in personal injury claims handling, insurance adjusting, or pre-litigation case management
- Experience negotiating bodily injury claims with insurance companies
- Strong knowledge of personal injury claims and settlement processes
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to review medical records and billing documentation
- Experience with legal case management software preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred or required
- Must be eligible to obtain a Notary Public commission in Texas or New Mexico
- Ability to notarize settlement agreements, affidavits, and legal documentation
