Job Description
Join our team as Regional Distribution Sales Manager and help grow distribution and OEM sales in the Midwest. You will be responsible for managing the current network, adding new channel partners, and meeting sales goals. This is a full-time position based out of a home office, requiring 60-70% travel within the region.
Requirements
- Growing the indirect sales channel/distribution segment along with OEM accounts
- Evaluating the current channel’s effectiveness to sell and market all Ruhrpumpen products
- Identifying, interviewing, and proposing new distributors as required to achieve sales goals
- Proper record keeping and use of the CRM system
- Assisting distributors to increase competency in Ruhrpumpen products
- Maintaining adequate communication with distribution to discuss goals and performance
- Ensuring sales objectives are met relative to market conditions and competitive factors
