Job Description
Ruppert Landscape is seeking an Assistant Field Manager for Landscape Maintenance. The Assistant Field Manager will assist the Field Manager in managing labor and material for assigned contract maintenance and snow removal projects, and will also develop the people reporting to them. Success is measured by completed projects, budget adherence, and low turnover of assistants and crewmembers. The role emphasizes teamwork and quality control.
Requirements
- Demonstrated skill and ability to manage others.
- Demonstrated skill and ability to work with service customers.
- At least one year of experience doing contract maintenance work.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Knowledge of vehicles and equipment used in contract maintenance and snow removal.
