
Job description
As an Order Management Manager, you will oversee the order management team and be the liaison between Russell Stover and LSNA to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders. You will foster a collaborative culture of continuous improvement to provide optimum service at optimum cost.
Effectively address complex customer issues, perform issue resolution and root cause analysis, and work within multiple systems to ensure customer orders are processed in accordance with LSNA protocols.
We are looking for a leader with exemplary problem-solving ability who will challenge, motivate, and empower team members to grow professionally. You will identify and resolve seasonal item risks and opportunities, work closely with production timing and order shipment expectations, and lead talent management, professional development, and retention strategy for direct reports.
