
Job description
Provide operational support in attending and following up with assembly companies for various events, collaborating with the Customer Experience area to ensure compliance with processes, documentary requirements, and timely attention to requests related to assembly and operation.
Follow up with assembly companies regarding operational processes and requirements, review and validate documentation required for assembly and operation, provide attention and follow-up to requests received through Helpline lines, channel requirements with corresponding areas, follow up on pending administrative matters related to assembly, support in updating and controlling operational reports, collaborate with Customer Experience Leaders to ensure operational continuity during event preparation and execution, support in operational follow-up with exhibitors and suppliers when required.
