Associate Specialist, Carrier Procurement

Role Overview

As an Associate Specialist, Carrier Procurement at RXO, you will source, negotiate, and secure carriers to move available freight in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will cultivate strong core carrier relationships, maintain continuous communication with carriers and customers, and ensure a high-quality freight movement process.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day will involve sourcing and negotiating carriers, scheduling pickup and delivery appointment times, tracking back-end billing and invoicing, and accurately maintaining and updating information in the company's operating systems.
