Job description
As a Senior Supervisor, Transportation at RXO, you will act as a change agent for the team, helping to ensure that important organizational initiatives and solutions are successfully implemented, maintained, and improved when needed.
Lead large-scale implementations, oversee and lead change management initiatives, define business problems, identify solutions, and provide analysis and recommendations.
You'll need 3 years of experience with implementations in the transportation or logistics industry, experience in 2 or more of the following disciplines: supply chain management, transportation, or distribution, project management experience, and experience with Microsoft Office.
