Job description
As a Sr. Analyst Transportation at RXO, you will be responsible for scheduling and tracking pickups and deliveries, notifying customers of deviations, and communicating with transportation providers and customers. You will work with the equipment administration team and operations personnel to confirm accuracy of database and generate monthly reports.
Your day-to-day will involve scheduling and tracking pickups and deliveries, notifying customers of deviations, answering incoming calls/emails, and communicating with transportation providers and customers.
