Role Overview

As the Supervisor, Last Mile Operations at RXO, you will inspire your associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism and strive to be error free. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of last mile operations, ensuring all delivery activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.

What You Will Do

The Supervisor plays a critical role in driving operational discipline by enforcing standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with all safety and delivery requirements, and maintaining accurate documentation across key processes. This includes ownership of claims management, timely resolution of issues, and proactive oversight of any aging items.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation
• Experience with Microsoft Office
