Role Overview

As the Supervisor, Last Mile Operations at RXO, you will inspire your associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism and strive to be error free. You will be responsible for assigning work activities, monitoring group activities, and instructing associates in proper equipment and operational procedures.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day will involve assigning work activities, monitoring group activities, instructing associates in proper equipment and operational procedures, monitoring and maintaining availability of tools and supplies, and managing inventory.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to be able to resolve problems and take necessary action to correct substandard performance.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation
• Experience with Microsoft Office
