We are seeking a Director of Real Property Tax to oversee Sr. Managers/Managers and provide property tax consulting and appeal services for assigned clients. Requirements
- University Degree, College Diploma, or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, Business Management or other degree with MBA, MST or JD required.
- Minimum of ten years property tax related experience required.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
- Valid driver's license required.
