Paralegal

The Paralegal will support lawyers in the Legal Department, working on transactional, ethics & compliance, litigation, or legal technology matters. The role requires agility, creativity, and independent judgment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
• At least 5 years of support staff experience in a corporate law department and/or a law firm
• Significant experience working with contracts
• Experience reviewing master agreements and issue spotting for legal clauses and concepts
• Ability to independently manage legal processes from intake through resolution
