Leadership Development Program

The Leadership Development Program at Ryder is a 12-month rotational program that allows candidates to gain valuable operational experience in distribution management, dedicated transportation, and supply chain engineering solutions. The program includes rotations in three different roles, exposure to executive leadership, and opportunities for professional development. In this program, you will supervise, coordinate, and oversee supply chain operations, plan and review logistics processes, and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field
• 0-1 year involvement in extra-curricular activities demonstrating leadership skills
• 0-1 year previous internship experience
