Role Overview

Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Port Deposit, Maryland to work in a safe and state-of-the-art supply chain environment. The role involves performing warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.

What You Will Do

Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Responsible for accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading and unloading of trucks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work using health and safety methods
