Head Cross Country/Assistant Distance Indoor and Outdoor Track Coach

Role Overview

Rye Country Day School seeks a Head Cross Country/Assistant Distance Indoor and Outdoor Track Coach to lead the boys and girls distance running programs. The coach will be responsible for planning and organizing practices and competition calendars, teaching and training athletes, and creating an inclusive environment.

What You Will Do

The coach will serve as Head Cross Country Coach for the fall season, Assistant Coach for Indoor and Outdoor Boys and Girls Distance Runners during winter and spring seasons, and work with the Director of Athletics to hire Assistant Coaches.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-years successful high school boys and girls distance running
• Passion for athletic competition and ability to motivate and inspire athletes

Benefits

• Salary Range: $20,000 - $25,000 (for all three seasons) depending on experience
