Field Service Specialist

Join S&C Electric as a Field Service Specialist (Scheduler/Planner) and be part of a team that has real-world impact on the electrical grid. You'll work closely with sales, project management, parts, technical support, and other S&C offices/agencies to coordinate field services.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in an office or dispatcher setting related to customer service.
• Strong customer communication skills, both oral and written
• Knowledge of and experience with Oracle preferred
• Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
• Understanding of Salesforce, or similar customer relationship management systems
• Experience in a customer service or field service-oriented role preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, detailed, and multitasking skills
