Role Overview

Join our Shared Services Accounting team as an Accounting Specialist, AR. This role is a regular, full-time position with a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess foundational accounting skills, billing experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

What You Will Do

Process monthly, quarterly, and yearly milestone invoices, bill progress, cost plus, and time and material related contracts, review contracts and purchase orders, submit invoices to customers, and process intercompany billings.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in an accounting discipline or business environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Solid written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical problem-solving abilities
• Sound and consistent business judgment, with a strong understanding of company priorities and a sense of urgency
• High level of enthusiasm, positive attitude, and flexibility to meet internal and external needs
