Job Description
Manufacturing Lead: Quality and Metrology position at SAEKI, responsible for establishing AS9100-ready quality management and metrology capabilities for Factory ONE in Munich.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in quality engineering or metrology in aerospace, defense, or high-precision manufacturing environments.
- AS9100 / ISO 9001 expertise and experience leading or supporting AS9100 certification efforts.
- Hands-on experience with CMMs, 3D scanning, surface roughness measurement, and other precision inspection equipment.
- Expert-level understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Experience with FAIR (AS9102), PPAP, or equivalent qualification processes for regulated industries.
- Understanding of export compliance requirements (ITAR/EAR awareness) relevant to defense manufacturing.
- Fluent in German and English.
