Job Description
Safari AI is seeking a Head of Client Success to build and scale relationships with existing enterprise clients. This role will be based in Miami and will focus on leveraging AI to automate and optimize operations. The company is seed-funded and expects to raise Series A in 2025, with a strong team and culture. This is a leadership position, not a management one.
Requirements
- Track record of making enterprise clients insanely happy
- Ability to calculate ROI for clients
- Experience crafting, soliciting and communicating financial performance metrics
- Proven ability to serve clients in multiple industries
- Experience with AI tools (ideally)
- Excellent communication skills
