Master Scheduler

Role Overview

The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing the master production plan to ensure on-time delivery, optimal inventory levels, and efficient use of resources. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with production, supply chain, engineering, and management teams to align operations with customer demand and organizational goals.

What You Will Do

Create, maintain, and monitor the master production schedule, review and firm planned production orders, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate material logistics. Troubleshoot obstacles preventing the fulfillment of customer orders and drive corrective actions.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations, with strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems are desired.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, forecast needs, and solve problems
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage conflict, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively
