The HR Services Advisor role is a key position taking responsibility for coordinating daily activities between the business and In-Country Experts, Clients via CSS, and Workers to effectively onboard new workers and coordinate them through the employment end to end process with ultimate ownership for quality and service delivery.
Requirements
- Min. 2 years of experience in HR operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar HR support role.
- Good knowledge of Swedish labor and employment legislation.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Exposure to employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, leave management, etc.).
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is a plus.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (familiarity with Salesforce is a plus).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with employees, management and external stakeholders.
