Safeguard Global is seeking a Learning Designer to create engaging learning experiences that help employees build real skills and apply them on the job. The role requires a blend of creativity, instructional expertise, and data-informed decision-making, with a focus on designing solutions that are thoughtfully structured, visually engaging, and grounded in sound learning principles.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience in instructional design or learning experience design
- Strong experience designing and developing digital learning solutions (eLearning, microlearning, simulations, video, virtual learning)
- Ability to design learning for diverse audiences and global learners
- Solid understanding of instructional design principles and learning frameworks
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (for example, Articulate 360)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (for example, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficient video editing skills and using video editing software (for example, Camtasia)
- Experience using AI tools to support instructional design and learning
- Experience working with learning management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Actively engaged, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Able to pivot quickly and deliver high-quality work to strict deadlines
- Accountable and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership from concept through delivery
- Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
- Strong learning agility and curiosity, with a proactive approach
- Proficient in providing excellent customer service
