Agency Relations Manager

We are looking for an Agency Relations Manager to build and maintain agency relationships throughout the Hawaiian islands. The ideal candidate is a self-starter motivated professional able to work independently and creatively. You will thrive in this role if you are a people person able to connect and engage with all types of personalities.

Requirements

• College Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5-7 years of related P&C territory management experience
• In-depth Property and Casualty Insurance industry knowledge
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Personal and Commercial Lines underwriting guidelines
• Strong computer skills
