- Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products
- Build and use best practices regarding Agency Operations
- Identify agencies' interests and ability to grow and motivate agents to succeed
- Initiate systematic marketing processes within each agency
- Possess a strong acumen of influencing the sale of Safepoint products
- Articulate a sales process that is solution-oriented
- Develop collaborative strategic agency management plans
- Prioritize and maximize time and resources to support key focus and responsibilities
- Stay current on product and pricing changes
- Expand presence in the marketplace using insurance industry association trade shows and events
