SafetyCulture is seeking a Marketplace Manager to own the commercial and operational success of their US Marketplace business. The role will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with enterprise customers, leading the execution and optimization of a major national distribution partnership, and managing day-to-day operations while guiding the organization through a significant platform transition.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a business-to-business commercial role where you have owned pipeline generation, closed complex enterprise deals, and grown accounts
- Experience building and managing distribution or logistics partnerships at scale
- Comfortable holding commercial, operational, and financial accountability simultaneously
- Working understanding of SaaS and platform business models
- Supplier negotiation and commercial contracting
- Operational leadership in a lean or early-stage environment
- AI skills, including using AI tools as a standard part of how they work and comfortable experimenting with AI to remove operational friction
