Join Safran.AI as a Sales Manager for France and be part of a team of passionate pioneers working on innovative technologies and solving complex technical problems. Your mission will be to identify new opportunities, qualify them, and lead them to commercial project launch, while working in coordination with export commercial teams, programs, and support departments. Attention: the ability to obtain a Defense clearance is mandatory for this position.
Requirements
- Master's degree in marketing, sales, engineering, or a relevant field
- 5+ years of successful sales and business development experience
- Significant experience in the defense field and knowledge of French procurement procedures and institutions
- Experience in direct and indirect sales
- Proven ability to manage complex sales and generate new opportunities with a significant impact on company growth with government-type clients (Defense and Intelligence)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- High level of autonomy, organization, attention to details, and results
- Current mastery of the English language
