
Job description
Manage a team of trainers, trainer assistants, and quality review and audit lead representatives, leading, developing, and supporting a team aligned to specific business units. Collaborate with other OE peers and business partners on the development and delivery of materials on company products, processes, and technologies.
Arrange and lead New Hire Onboarding activities, facilitate calibration sessions, conduct 'Review the Reviewer' sessions, lead Quality Talks, facilitate report interpretation and data understanding sessions, and track performance against goals.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team members to drive high-quality, customer-centric service, efficiency, and technical proficiency.
