
Job description
The Training Specialist will collaborate with the Claims Administration management team to identify training needs and develop effective training strategies. They will conduct onboarding training for new hires and provide ongoing training for existing staff to improve their skills and performance.
The Training Specialist will develop and deliver training sessions, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and maintain training records. They will also assist in the development of e-learning modules and participate in cross-functional projects.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Training Specialist, a solid understanding of claims administration processes, and excellent presentation and communication skills.
