Founding Product Manager

Sailor Health is a startup that aims to solve the mental health crisis among older adults. The company is looking for a Founding Product Manager to join as an early product leader, defining and launching AI-first products from scratch.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product experience
• Built and shipped products end-to-end, ideally in fast-paced startup environments
• Technical fluency with React, Typescript, Node.js, and modern AI tools
• Strong intuition for user needs, high EQ, and a deep curiosity to understand the underlying business and clinical problems
• AI-native, instinctively thinking in terms of LLMs, agents, and automation
