Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical and HVAC system design efforts, make independent engineering decisions, and support the firm's mission through technical excellence and mentorship. The role involves overseeing complex mechanical projects, guiding and developing junior engineers and designers, and communicating directly with clients on technical matters.

Requirements

• Plan and conduct work requiring independent evaluation, selection, and modification of engineering techniques and procedures
• Apply advanced engineering practices across all phases of mechanical system design
• Lead the design and coordination of HVAC and mechanical systems for a variety of building types
• Represent the firm in meetings and coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other disciplines
• Supervise, coordinate, and review work prepared by engineers, designers, and CAD staff
• Mentor and train junior engineers and designers, reinforcing strong engineering fundamentals and professional growth
