Principal Electrical Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the design of board-level circuits and electrical systems, drive engineering standards, and support innovation in automated machine technologies.

What You Will Do

Lead the design and development of electrical and electronic systems, develop and maintain schematics and circuit designs, create and release electrical documentation, and design and specify components.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred; Mechatronics acceptable)
• 10+ years of experience in electrical/electronics design
• Strong experience with EPLAN and basic knowledge in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, EAGLE)
• Solid background in circuit design and board-level development
• Experience working with sensors, motor control, and embedded systems is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with structured engineering methods (DFMEA, DFM, etc.)
• Fluent in English and Romanian
