Requirements
- Completion of a relevant study
- Practical experience in the setup and operation of cloud-based CRM solutions
- Salesforce experience desirable
- IT affinity and know-how in software as a service, databases and CRM
- Good analytical skills, problem-solving competence and team spirit
- Experience in project management and IT implementation
- Certifications for the Salesforce Sales-, Service- and/or Marketing Cloud are a plus
- Good communication skills in German and English, as well as project-related travel readiness
