
Job description
The Business Development Representative (BDR) role is part of our Sales Development Organization — the engine behind new business growth at Salesforce. We are looking for a motivated BDR to partner with our outbound sales teams, drive pipeline through strategic prospecting, and launch a high-impact sales career at a company leading the agentic era.
Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold calling across existing Salesforce customers and net new logos in an assigned territory, partner with account teams to identify and source pipeline, manage and nurture inbound leads and early-stage opportunities.
Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and account research across a mix of new and existing accounts, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
