Data 360 Solution Engineer/Architect

Role Overview

The Data 360 Solution Engineer/Architect is a customer-facing role with one goal: helping our customers become a true Agentic Enterprise. As our Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Data 360 — Salesforce's flagship hyperscale data platform — you'll serve as a strategic technical advisor across the full customer lifecycle, from presales through production activation.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include partnering with Account Executives to develop Analytics, Marketing, and Data Platform use cases, contributing to workshops, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and Proof of Technologies (POTs), and guiding customers from successful POC to full production deployment.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in customer-facing solutioning for Data, Analytics, AI, Marketing, or CRM, and a deep knowledge of Data 360 and the Salesforce Agentforce product suite.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing solutioning for Data, Analytics, AI, Marketing, or CRM
• Deep knowledge of Data 360 and the Salesforce Agentforce product suite
• Strong understanding of data integration patterns, APIs, data governance principles, and industry-specific use cases
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and French
