
Job description
The Lead Solution Engineer (B2C Commercial) will be responsible for solution proposal activities for mid-sized companies (300-1000 employees) in the Tokyo metropolitan area, eastern Japan, western Japan, and the Chubu region. The role will involve technical advisory, solution design, and implementation planning, as well as collaboration with internal teams and customers.
The Lead Solution Engineer will create and execute customized demos, develop solution designs and implementation plans, and collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver solutions. They will also be responsible for creating sales materials, supporting marketing activities, and leading workshops and presentations.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in CRM proposal activities, Salesforce solution demo creation and customization skills, and basic skills in system development, security, and system integration. They will also have strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to learn new technologies and products.
