
Job description
The Service Cloud Solution Engineer is responsible for communicating Service and Support product offerings and architecture to prospects and customers. They must have a strong desire to improve technical and/or sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, and configure solutions that address these requirements.
Evangelizing Service Cloud value to customers, assessing business requirements, developing a technical sales strategy, configuring and demonstrating solutions, and discussing solution architecture.
The successful candidate should bring experience that establishes credibility and maintain a presence/delivery that is confident and assured. They must be able to work well in a matrix organization, execute enablement activities, and travel up to 50% depending on location and assigned teams.
