Role Overview

As a Solution Architect, you will provide steady architectural leadership across large and complex engagements and partner with executive and delivery stakeholders to co-create and execute solution visions for our most complex customers in the Defense & National Security space.

Serve as a trusted advisor to the client, identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice, guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture or consulting experience on the Salesforce Platform throughout the whole life cycle with repeated and demonstrable success
• Expert in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy
• Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories and providing detailed system and functional designs
• Experience in documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc.
• Strong presentation skills; able to effectively present a point of view and clearly articulate the rationale to a variety of stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A great listener with the ability to connect with people in diverse roles
• Resourceful and innovative thinker who can work through and solve problems
