Requirements

• Documented success in B2B sales and business development
• Experience in building, leading, and developing sales teams, preferably as a sales manager
• Ability to create and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset - driven to build and expand a business
• Experience from the recruitment industry is highly merited, especially as a sales manager or sales role at a recruitment agency with documented good results
