We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to help onboard new customers and get the most out of our platform. This role will collaborate with founders to build out our customer success program.
Lead onboarding sessions, build playbooks and resources, track product usage, and hold regular check-ins with customers.
You'll be a fit if you have experience in customer success, a builder mindset, and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
